Chuck Spornick > Janet spinning Broken Nose: In Eddy 1 I had one of the highlights of my day: Jodi K. singing "Happy Birthday" to me. Thanks, Jodi! At Broke Nose I caught Eddy 3 for the first time. I followed Janet's lead on the ferry from Eddy 2 to 3. Thanks Janet! I didn't want to surf the wave to ferry from Eddy 3 to 4. So I ferry onto the pile of the wave and drifted down backwards. I then tried to catch Eddy 5 but slammed into the guard rock. At this point I was committed to running the first ledge of Broken Nose backwards. I stayed upright and then spun the boat on the rooster tail for the second ledge, running it clean!
