Our hope was to run Warwoman, but the levels did not hold. The Chattooga was down to 1.6 on the bridge gage. We then planned on running Earl's Ford to Fall Creek. By the time we got to the Fall Creek parking area, we had doubts about the run, just not enough daylight. Both Kim and Chris volunteered to confirm that this was the right trail to and from the river. It was, thanks Kim and Chris!
Chris volunteered to be team photographer here and at Dick's Creek Ledge. The day was very warm, high in the upper 50's and the water was definitely above 50. At Earl's we decided to run down to Sandy Ford, and enjoy the section.

John, Tim, Todd and I all made the "elevator move" Working our way down we ferried and caught eddies.
Another party coming downstream
The toaster slot.
Chuck went for "sideways boof move." Actually, I was going for the S-Turn on the main line. I blew the move, so I slid up on the rock shelf (picture: center right) sideways and then down it sideways into the slot. As I was on the top of the ledge, I repeated the mantra, keep the boat trim, keep the boat trim, keep the boat trim. :-)
Amanda stylin' the Slide (aka Single Drop); Kelly and Stacy also had great runs down the Slide.
Everyone styled Dicks' Creek Ledge.

Tim Boring. Tim, John, Todd, and I eddy hopped our way down the rapid.

Sandy Ford Hole - John went in for a side surf (yikes); carnage did follow!
